At Leicester Banners, we are committed to providing rapid service and reliable print quality. As our items are tailor-made, returns adhere to particular conditions. Please go through this policy thoroughly before ordering.
1. What Qualifies for a Return?
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

Visible print flaws (e.g. blurring, text misalignment, smudging)

Incorrect product type or size received in comparison to what was ordered

Absent finishing options (such as eyelets, hems, or pole pockets)
2. How to Report a Problem
To start a return process, please follow these steps:

Reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package

Use your order number as the subject line

Attach clear photos from a distance of at least 2 metres to illustrate the problem
Returns without photographic evidence cannot be processed. Our team will review all requests before approval.
3. If Your Package Arrives Damaged
Should the package appear damaged at delivery, do not accept the parcel.
Accepting a damaged package implies acceptance of the item as-is, voiding any return claims for physical damage.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved:

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless a verified product fault is the reason for return

6. Return Process & Resolution
Once your return is received and examined:

If a fault is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the issue and your choice

If no fault is found, the original item will be returned to you, and no refund or replacement will be provided
